The FX Luminaire LF LED Under-Cap Light provides soft, discreet illumination for retaining walls, seat walls, steps, columns, railings and other architectural features. Designed to install neatly beneath a capstone or railing, the fixture remains virtually hidden during the day while casting a broad, even wash of light across the surface below at night.
Its versatile modular mounting design makes the LF an excellent choice for both new construction and existing landscapes. The fixture can be installed between a wall and capstone or beneath railings, allowing designers to incorporate lighting into areas where a traditional fixture may be difficult or visually distracting.
Built with premium materials and an integrated LED light source, the LF combines a clean architectural appearance with long-term performance. The standard 2700K warm LED produces 95 lumens of soft, comfortable light with a very wide distribution—ideal for creating subtle illumination without harsh hotspots or glare.
An especially valuable feature of the LF is its field-replaceable LED module. If the LED should ever fail, the light source can be serviced and replaced in the field rather than requiring removal and replacement of the entire installed fixture—an important consideration for lights installed beneath permanent capstones or finished hardscape.
