The MVL-U is an excellent choice when greater intensity and reach are needed and it’s one of the only ones on the market with this kind of power in low voltage! Choose the 22W lamp for trees more than 40+ tall. Choose from 2800K, 3500K, or 5000K with the option to add designer spread, diffused, or moonlight lenses.
This powerful low voltage LED uplight is designed for large-scale applications where strong, consistent illumination is needed. With its 22W and 1900 lumens of LED output, the MVL-U is ideal for highlighting large mature trees, tall palms, substantial architectural features and other landscape focal points that require more light than a standard accent fixture can provide. Uplighting large trees is a beautiful and dramatic effect as it catches the very base of the tree trunk and illuminates up through the branches. Use our large ground stake that will firmly hold it in place and not lean or get knocked over in time, or use a tree mount to get it up off the ground and away from lawn mowers.
Its adjustable design allows the beam to be precisely aimed and direct the light upward. Be sure to keep the fixture positioned no greater than at a 90 degree angle so gravity can naturally keep the water off the sealed convex lens, as it is not designed to have water collect and pool in the back of the shield.
